Wine tasting, ham cut, pairing and gastronomic advisor


The course in wine tasting, ham carving, pairing, and gastronomic consulting will train students to work professionally in restaurants, hotels, and similar establishments, providing them with the international seal of David Serrano on their diploma.


The ham carving course has a duration of 4 months, with a total of 96 hours, held two days a week, 3 hours per day, for a total of 6 hours per week.


The wine tasting course has a duration of 6 months, with a total of 144 hours, held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3 hours per day, totaling 6 hours per week.


The pairing course will be taught through the book “EL MARIDAJE by David Serrano”, covering basic, detailed, and exhaustive pairings, with a total duration of 144 hours.


Pairing food and beverages is the perfect union achieved through flavors. Good pairing is a very attractive philosophy that is currently in trend, completely changing the concept of dining and transforming it into a unique experience.


The gastronomic consulting course represents the highest expression of gastronomy, allowing students to acquire all the necessary knowledge in gastronomic management and consulting, including events, menus, pairings, and restaurant menus.


This course has a duration of 12 months, with a total of 384 hours, held two days a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4 hours per day, totaling 8 hours per week.


These courses will prepare students to acquire different professions that they may practice in restaurants, hotels, resorts, events, tastings, private parties, and more. In addition, students will receive the distinction of the international David Serrano seal on their diploma.
